The Villa has four well-appointed bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king bedding, one has queen bedding and the other has two twin beds. All rooms have cable TV, air conditioning, fans and private bath. We provide fresh linen daily.

Summer Rates: May 1, 2020 – December 15, 2020

• Weekly Rate: US$ 8,250
• Daily Rate (less than 7 nights) – US$ 1,300 per night
• Add 12.5% Gratuity to above rates
• Minimum Length of Stay: 3 Nights
• Children under the age of 10 years may be permitted on request.
• Maximum number of persons is eight.
• All reservations requests will be confirmed by Bonne Amie within 24 hours.
• Rates are subject to change.

Winter Rates: December 16, 2020 – April 30, 2021

• Weekly Rate: US$ 10,800
• Daily Rate: (less than 7 nights) – US$ 1,600 per night
• Add 12.5% Gratuity to above rates
• Minimum Length of Stay: 4 Nights
• Children under the age of 10 years may be permitted on request.
• Maximum number of persons is eight.
• All reservations requests will be confirmed by Bonne Amie within 24 hours.
• Rates are subject to change.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• BANK CHARGES: TO BE PAID BY GUEST.
• 50% Deposit to secure reservation.
• Final Payment to be made 30 days prior to arrival.
• Any refunds made will be less bank changes.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Winter: 60 – 30 days’ notice – 3 nights penalty
• Summer: 45 – 30 days’ notice or 3 nights penalty
• Year-round: Under 30 Days’ notice – 50% penalty
