BEFORE THE WEDDING

In the first contact, an advisor will provide attention in one or several meetings prior to the event, seeking to know their tastes, their ideas, the place they imagine and the theme they want for the wedding. In this way we seek to advise you on all these points to have the best suppliers, the best ideas and cover all the desired details within the proposed budget.

ORGANIZATION PROCESS

The Wedding Planner meets with the bride and groom to analyze the quotes of various suppliers, analyze the samples of tablecloths, flowers and others in terms of decoration, wedding cake tests, menu tests or others that have to do with the food, options of places to perform the ceremony and the reception are visited, the meeting with the master of ceremonies is attended and the contracts with the different suppliers selected by the bride and groom are coordinated.

WEDDING DAY

The Wedding Planner will be in charge of supervising that all the suppliers comply with everything established in the contracts previously made. Check assemblies both in ceremony and reception, collaborate with the Master of Ceremonies before starting the event in what she needs. Verify that the dream day comes true!
