Hacienda Corazon is located on the soft white sands of the Fatima Bay Beach. A stunning fully staffed private villa. Hacienda Corazon ‘House of Hearts’ is an incredible villa with 10 luxurious Suites with ensuite bathroom, beach front swimming pool with large deck area, and more!

For larger groups, corporate Retreats, Weddings and Events Hacienda Corazon may also be rented with Hacienda Del Mar and Hacienda Magica next door. The 3 villas offer the perfect combination.

You will find the heart shaped tropical garden complete with cenote leading to the villa enchanting! Entering the home you are transported to a world of luxury hacienda style. The center of the villa is a courtyard with high arches; from here you can see the ocean and beach beckoning you. On the lower floor, off the courtyard there are 2 large air conditioned living rooms, one of which has a huge flat screen TV with satellite the other open plan living leads to the enormous gourmet kitchen with all modern conveniences. The Cariño Suite with 2 queen beds and ensuite bathroom is also on the ground floor. On the west wing is large games room with large flat screen TV, Billiard table and Table Tennis-hours of entertainment are guaranteed.

On the upper level you have 3 ocean front king bedded suites, Mi Amor, Mi Reyna and Mi Cielo – wake up to fabulous ocean views. On the north wing of the villa there are 2 suites, Amorcito and Querida, each of these suites has 2 twin beds (or may be Kings on request) and ensuite bathroom. The west wing has 4 further suites, Linda, Mi Vida, Mi Corazon and BomBom, these suites each have en suite bathroom and garden views. The BomBom suite also has wonderful ocean view from the bedroom entrance.

There is a very large ocean front covered terrace..you will enjoy many evenings dining al fresco. There is a BBQ gas grill for those wishing to cook the catch of the day. Relax beach side by the pool on chaise lounges or swim in the large swimming pool. There are kayaks for guest use. The Fatima Bay beach is great for swimming and snorkeling, there is lots to see in the sea world, the pretty fishes and coral will delight you.

Close by to the villa you have golf and tennis, gymnasium, the marina has international restaurants, boutiques, Coffee shops, dive stores, Dolphin Discovery, fishing charters, skate park and so much more. Puerto Aventuras is perfectly located to take advantage of the many attractions along the coast, Xpu Ha beach 5 minutes south, Playa Del Carmen is 15 minutes north with many restaurants and bars and the famous 5th Avenue, Akumal is 15 minutes South, Eco Parks Xcaret and Xel Ha, the ruins of Tulum and Coba are a great day out. CONDITIONS & DETAILS

• Occupancy: 20 guests in 10 suites – (The Hacienda Corazon may accommodate up to 28 guests – please inquire for larger groups).
• Rates are in US Dollars.
• Please add 19% tax to rates.
• Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom.
• Above 2 guests per room please add $71 USD per night plus 19% tax (please inquire for holiday rate additional guests). Infants 3 years and above are included in the head count.
• Non holiday stays have a 3 night minimum and arrivals may be any day of the week.
• Reservations for Presidents Week, Easter, Semana Santa, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year Have a 7 night minimum stay. Saturday to Saturday stays are preferred, please inquire for arrivals on different days.
• Gourmet Chef Services offered for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Meals and Beverages are additional, for menus and prices please inquire.
• Butler Services are included. If butler services are required after 11:00 pm charges apply, please inquire.
• Christmas and New Year Bookings include a VIP All Inclusive Stay: With Gourmet Chef Service, Butler, Concierge, Airport transfer (1 round trip for the group arriving at the same time). Food, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages (national brands) are included. Excluding top shelf alcohol and certain specialty foods, caviar, fois gras etc).

• Check in is 3:00 pm and Check out is 10:00 am. If you will require late check out you may consider renting a further nights stay.
• Under Puerto Aventuras Bylaws Music is permitted until 11:00 pm .
