with original hacienda features, unique ornaments and wonderful Mexican art. A myriad of colors combine and contrast creating a vibrant feeling of Mexico here at Hacienda del Mar Puerto Aventuras. The Hacienda del Mar court yard is adorned with Mexican trinkets and artwork all inspiring a true Mexican flavor. Leading from this area are 4 guest suites.

The huge open plan living and dining room overlooks the swimming pool and ocean. The living room has lots of sofas, large flat screen Satellite TV and telephone. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is beautiful! Just off the living room you will find the bar…. our butler will prepare your favorite drinks! From here walk out to the covered terrace which stretches the length of the villa, here you have dining alfresco, comfy lounging chairs and to the side there is also an outdoor shower. Poolside there are many chaises for you to sit back relax and enjoy the Caribbean atmosphere. There is a BBQ gas grill for cooking up the catch of the day. Upstairs in the main villa there are 3 fabulous ocean front king suites, each suite has walk out to a huge terrace that stretches the entire length of the property.

From the villa you can step right onto the white sandy palm fringed Fatima Bay beach. The snorkeling from the beach is fantastic; you will see many fishes and coral, if you are lucky maybe a turtle! Hacienda Del Mar has kayaks for guests use, hours of fun are guaranteed.

Within the estate are two casitas (little houses) each with 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. On the lower level of the casita you have an amazing games room with billiard and table tennis…fun for the young and young at heart is guaranteed!

The villa is very close to the center of Puerto Aventuras, which is located around a marina where you’ll find Dolphin Discovery, international restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and post office. There is also a Golf course, tennis facilities and skate board park close-by. Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located to take advantage of the many places to visit in the area, including Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, stunning beaches, Eco parks Xcaret, Xelha, Xplor, work class suba diving and dave diving, Hidden Worlds and much more!

CONDITIONS & DETAILS

• Occupancy: 30 guests in 15 suites – The Hacienda Del Mar may accommodate up to 35 guests – please inquire for larger groups).
• Rates are in US Dollars.
• Please add 19% tax to rates.
• Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom.
• Above 2 guests per room please add $71 USD per night plus 19% tax (please inquire for holiday rate additional guests). Infants 3 years and above are included in the head count.
• Non holiday stays have a 3 night minimum and arrivals may be any day of the week.
• Reservations for Presidents Week, Easter, Semana Santa, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year Have a 7 night minimum stay. Saturday to Saturday stays are preferred, please inquire for arrivals on different days.
• Gourmet Chef Services offered for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Meals and Beverages are additional, for menus and prices please inquire.
• Butler Services are included. If butler services are required after 11:00 pm charges apply, please inquire.
• Christmas and New Year Bookings include a VIP All Inclusive Stay: With Gourmet Chef Service, Butler, Concierge, Airport transfer (1 round trip for the group arriving at the same time). Food, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages (national brands) are included. Excluding top shelf alcohol and certain specialty foods, caviar, fois gras etc).
• For Hacienda Estate stays at Hacienda Del Mar, Hacienda Corazon and Hacienda Magica please inquire.
• Check in is 3:00 pm and Check out is 10:00 am. If you will require late check out you may consider renting a further nights stay.
• Under Puerto Aventuras Bylaws Music is permitted until 11:00 pm.
