Royal Palms #216 - Three bedrooms sleeps 9 with pool, tennis court, gym and beach

We have a designer kitchen, Bosch refrigerator and dishwasher, Thermidor oven and its fully stocked including spices, condiments, paper and cleaning products, etc. There is a front loading washer and dryer. There are two private bedrooms with private bathrooms. The master bedroom with king bed has a sliding door to the balcony and it’s bathroom has a bathtub/shower. The window and door have automatic storm shutters which block out sounds and light. There is an upstairs loft with two skylights is light, airy and spacious and has two queen beds and a single bed, a shower and a room with a toilet and sink.

The balcony has a table which seats six and the dining room table seats eight.

There is a couch that pulls out into a full size bed, there is a comfy chair and a tv.

There is wifi. The condo association has tennis courts, a swimming pool, an air conditioned gym and lounge chairs on the palm fringed beach and swimming pool.

The condo is two levels and it is on the third floor with a great view of the yacht club and the Cowpet harbor and yacht club beach area.

The condo has free parking places in front of the condo.
