Perched at the front of our Zorba property with incredible views of the beach and a private seaside pool, this house is perfect for groups and families.

The high ceilings, curved walls and reclaimed doors give this expansive seaside Villa a luxurious and romantic feel. The newly renovated home opens up to a stunning lanai with comfortable lounge furniture, a private pool, and an unparalleled connection the sea.

The spacious kitchen and dining area enjoys plenty of counter space for preparing meals and pull up stools for casual dining and socializing. The custom wood dining table accommodates 12.

The Villa has 5 bedrooms. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have king sized beds, ensuite bathrooms with showers, doors that open to a private upper deck, and stunning sea views.

Bedroom 3 is also on the second floor and faces the jungle with views of the large Zorba pool.  This bedroom has a double bed, built in bunk beds, and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 4 is also on the second floor and jungle facing with views of the the large Zorba pool. This bedroom has a queen bed with a private shower and vanity in the room and access to the shared bathroom on the second floor.

Bedroom 5 is on the main floor. It has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a door opening to the common outdoor living space. This room is ideal for anyone who prefers not to navigate stairs.

The house stays cool with ceiling fans and the natural sea breeze and there is A/C for night time use. Please note this home has AC in the bedrooms only. We are in an area that is off grid and electricity is precious. We do our best to conserve energy and promote awareness to preserve this beautiful area we live in. This is one of the ways we minimize our footprint.

You are steps from one of the most stunning beaches in the world. The beach is a long stretch of powdery soft white sand and Caribbean sea. The Zorba beach area has palm trees for natural shade as well as poufs, loungers, boogie boards and sea kayaks for you to use.

Guests of this Villa enjoy a private pool and have access to the larger Zorba pool on the premises, the shared rooftop patio, yoga shala space, the beach area.

Your stay includes a property host who will greet you and check in with you daily. Daily housekeeping is included (except Sundays). Chef, massage, and childcare services are available for an extra fee.

This Villa is close to amenities. You can walk along the beach to restaurants, spas, and yoga classes.

Yaan Spa, Be Tulum, Chiringuito, and Nomade are all within a couple minutes.
